People need to rent dumpsters for all kinds of reasons, but most often, for moving, remodeling or property clean out.
If you’re moving, renting one of our dumpsters can make cleaning up your junk a breeze. Instead of packing up your old broken furniture, junk, appliances, electronics or anything else you don’t want to take with you, rent one of our dumpsters and you’ll be able to clear up more space so you can take with you only what you need. Save yourself money on your move by taking only the essentials. Who wants to take the clutter to the new house anyway?
Property clean outs are another great reason to utilize dumpsters. If you are cleaning out a commercial or residential property, we can help. Many customers do property clean outs for rental properties and estate clean ups. White Glove dumpster rental can save you an incredible amount of time and money with our dumpster rentals conveniently delivered to your driveway and removed when you are finished.
Remodeling your home creates a ton of debris that will need to be properly disposed of once the project is complete. Bathroom and kitchen remodeling will often result in broken sheetrock, toilets, countertops, old tile, and other debris that can easily be placed in one of our dumpsters. From there, our uniformed, friendly team members will quickly take it away to dispose of everything properly.
Our containers are easy on your driveway, they weigh about half of that of comparable-sized containers. Our dumpsters have double doors on the back that are light weight, easy to manage, and make loading a breeze! Best of all, they’re 20% less expensive to rent than the local average. Book yours today!
Call White Glove as soon as you know when you will need a dumpster. This ensures you’ll be able to get a container out as soon as you’re ready for your project. Also, evaluate the project to see which size of container you will need.
Most times this will be in your driveway, close to the house. There are things to consider, such as low hanging trees or basketball goals that could impede the driver’s ability to place your container. If your container can’t be placed on a concrete surface, check the forecast for the duration of your project to make sure placing or picking up the container won’t be an issue due to wet conditions.
By taking time to load larger items carefully, you can ensure you get the most out of your dumpster rental. Consider breaking down large items with a sledgehammer or reciprocating saw/Sawzall®.
Placing hazardous waste such as appliances with freon, paint cans, cleaning solutions, or tires in a dumpster is not only a bad policy, it will end up costing you money. These items are either not accepted at most landfill facilities, or they will incur additional surcharges that are the responsibility of the customer. If you have hazardous waste to be disposed of, give us a call and we can assist you in disposing of it properly. For a list of what we can accept and what we can’t, check out the prohibited items list above.
If you have items that are recyclable, such as appliances without freon, electronics, etc., place them at either the front or rear of the container so they can be easily sorted for recycling.
The landfills have recently started charging a $25 disposal fee for every mattress and every box spring, regardless of the size. Please let us know if there will be any mattresses or box springs when the dumpster is ordered. I have found a couple of Youtube videos on breaking down a mattress and box spring to avoid the fee, just remember to put the springs on top so they can be removed and properly disposed. If you would like to read the letter we received from the landfill see below.
